By accessing and using the United Fitness Club website and facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2.Membership Rules

• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Members must present their membership ID for entry.
• Members and guests are expected to maintain proper decorum within the club premises.
• Proper gym attire and clean footwear are mandatory for training.

3.Health and Safety Waiver

Physical exercise can be strenuous. By using our facilities, you acknowledge that you are in good health and have the physical capacity to engage in training. United Fitness Club is not liable for any injuries sustained during training or on our premises. It is recommended to consult with a medical professional before starting a new exercise regimen.

4.Fees and Payments

All membership fees must be paid in advance. Any failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your membership. United Fitness Club reserves the right to update its fee structure with notice to its members.

5.Use of Facilities

Our equipment and facilities must be used responsibly. Members are required to follow all safety instructions provided by club staff and posted signage. Any damage to equipment caused by negligence will be the member’s responsibility.

6.Code of Conduct

United Fitness Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to revoke membership if these standards are not met.

7.Termination

We reserve the right to terminate membership or access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or any other behavior deemed harmful to our club, staff, or other members.

8.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
